See how to get your POS & Cash Register with a single receipt

Nexi partners with RBS to upgrade your terminal into a complete electronic invoicing & cash register solution by connecting your Nexi terminal with PEPPER All-in-One.

1. Get a PEPPER All-in-One account

Contact RBS to get a PEPPER All-in-One account, either by phone at +30 210 569 0260 or by filling out the form on the RBS website.

Once the application transaction is completed, you will receive your login credentials by email.

Install the application on your terminal to activate the service.


2. Install the PEPPER All-in-One app on your PAX A920Pro POS 

Open the Applications icon
From the POS home screen, select the Applications icon.
Install PEPPER All-in-One
Find PEPPER All-in-One in Applications and click the cloud icon to install it.
Launch and register
The PEPPER All-in-One icon will now appear on your POS home screen.


3. First login & activation

 

Log in with your RBS credentials
Tap the PEPPER All-in-One icon on your terminal. On the login page, enter the credentials you received from RBS.
Connect your Nexi terminal
On the page, you will see a “Bank Account” icon. Press and hold the icon, then enter your Nexi terminal’s TID in the field that appears.
Successful activation
When the “Sales Parameters” page appears, your activation is complete. From this page, you can manage your new account.

FAQs

With PEPPER All-in-One, your terminal becomes a cash register, eliminating the need for traditional registers. The app also includes Digital Customer Management, required from July 1, 2025, for businesses in vehicle repair, maintenance, and rental industries — at no extra cost.

You can now get the PEPPER All-in-One POS & Cash Register service by RBS at a discounted rate until 31/12/2025 for €8.08/month (excl. VAT) or €97/year, prepaid for the first 12 months. After the offer ends, the cost will be €130 for the first 12 months.

If you already have a Nexi PAX A920Pro terminal, call RBS and let them know you're a Nexi customer. They will assist with installation and activation.

If you don’t have the A920Pro or are a new Nexi customer, you can schedule an appointment at any Alpha Bank branch by calling +30 2115690260.

The service is supported only on the Nexi PAX A920Pro model. You can get this POS at any Alpha Bank store.

There are two options:
• A) Download the app on your terminal following the instructions in step 3 above. Once installed, contact RBS for login credentials.
• B) Call RBS directly at +30 2115690260 to assist with installation and activation from the start.

Note: You must have a Nexi PAX A920Pro terminal.

The RBS POS & Cash Register with a single receipt service works only on the Nexi PAX A920Pro terminal.
