The campaign includes a 20% discount on two Nexi terminals, the Desk2600 and A920Pro (for terminal purchase only, not for leasing), and a 20% discount on maintenance costs for the first 6 fees (i.e., the first 6 semesters, meaning the first 3 years).
Additionally, if you generate at least €6,500 in domestic card transactions through your new terminal within 1 month from the moment you receive it, you will receive €50 in your account.
The maintenance cost fully covers technical support for the device by Nexi (including representatives and subcontractors), with the option for remote intervention or device replacement/repair in case of damage due to wear and tear.
It also includes the use of the software and (where applicable) the SIM card installed on the device, ensuring proper operation and necessary updates, securing uninterrupted POS operation and compliance with the latest security guidelines and standards. Finally, the Nexi helpdesk also offers general merchant support for terminal-related issues.

The campaign is for new NEXI merchants, i.e., merchants applying to become Nexi clients and purchase one or more terminals included in the campaign (i.e., DESK 2600 or PAX A920PRO).
The duration of the promotional campaign is from 14/05/2025 to 14/07/2025. During this period, merchants can visit an ALPHA BANK branch to become Nexi clients and purchase a terminal or terminals that are part of the campaign. To benefit from the cashback, they must generate at least €6,500 in turnover on the new terminal within one month from receiving it.
For example, if a merchant visits a branch and becomes a Nexi client on 30/06/2025 and receives the terminal on 05/07/2025, the required turnover must be completed by 05/08/2025 — one month from the day of receipt.
The total benefit you can get if you meet the minimum turnover requirement is €170, depending on which terminal you choose.
If you choose the Desk 2600, your long-term benefit will be €112.40; if you choose the A920Pro, your long-term benefit will be €169.
If you choose to purchase the Desk2600, you will benefit long-term over 3 years with a total savings of €62.40 from the terminal and maintenance cost, and for the A920PRO, the total long-term benefit over 3 years will be €118.80.
If you meet the required minimum turnover within the specified period, the cashback will be credited to your account by September 10, 2025.
